When you choose this package, we take care of every wedding day detail – from orders of ceremony to floorplans to rehearsal and ceremony direction and more.
We want to help ensure you and your loved ones can relax, you can focus on getting married, and you can thoroughly enjoy your day.
Whether that’s handling last-minute questions from your DJ, helping bridesmaids who forgot their hairpins, or directing groomsmen where to stand, our goal is for you to have a calm, happy wedding day.
The sage package: Wedding Day management
- A no-pressure consultation before you book your package so you can tell us about your wedding day and hear how The Evergreen Collective can serve you best.
- Unlimited email communication with your Wedding Coordinator starting 60 days before your wedding day.
- Personalized vendor recommendations to help you get the most qualified local experts who will be the best fit for your wedding day (available even before communication with your Wedding Coordinator begins).
- Three private consultations (in addition to your initial free, no-pressure consultation) to take place in person or via video call.
- Distribution of tips and final payments (in sealed and labeled envelopes) to desired vendors.
- Wedding Coordinator & Assistant on-site the day of your wedding, keeping things running smoothly
- Ceremony direction the day of your wedding, which includes timing the music, pacing out entrances, and giving you the perfect cue to walk down the aisle.
- Final scheduling and confirming with all of your vendors. Your chosen vendors can coordinate with us so you have one less thing to worry about during your ceremony and reception.
- Ceremony and reception supervision, which means we’re behind the scenes the whole day making sure things run smoothly and your dreams are reached. You don’t have to worry about any of it.
- A custom-made, highly detailed timeline for your wedding day. We will create your timeline, distribute it to your vendors and wedding party, and make it all happen.
- A wedding weekend itinerary emailed out to the wedding party & family the Monday before your wedding.
- Wedding rehearsal direction the day before the wedding ceremony so all members of your family and wedding party fully understand their roles.

In the Partial Planning package, we come alongside you to uncover your wedding day vision and make a plan to accomplish it. Then, we bring every one of your wedding day dreams to life.
This package is all about solving issues before they ever happen so you can celebrate your dream event your way.
We'll go through the plans you've made so far, listen to your vision, help you finalize details, let you know if you’re missing anything important, and ultimately accomplish your special celebration.

The forest green package:
Partial planning
- 6 months of unlimited email communication with your Wedding Coordinator (either beginning 6 months before your wedding day OR 3 months upon signing your package and 3 months prior to your big day).
- Monthly meetings to keep your planning on schedule.
- Personal vendor recommendations to be sure you get the most qualified experts who will best fit your day.
- Personalized vendor recommendations to help you get the most qualified local experts who will be the best fit for your wedding day (available even before communication begins).
- VIP timelines to be distributed to your wedding party & family members at the rehearsal.
- Ceremony direction the day of your wedding, which includes timing the music, pacing out entrances, and giving you the perfect cue to walk down the aisle.
- A custom-made, highly detailed timeline for your wedding day. We will create your timeline, distribute it to your vendors and wedding party, and make it all happen.

- Personalized vendor recommendations to help you get the most qualified local experts who will be the best fit for your wedding day (available even before communication begins).
- VIP timelines to be distributed to your wedding party & family members at the rehearsal.
- A venue walk-through to confirm the desired location of all decor, favors, guest books, centerpieces, and seating – this is where the wedding day really starts coming to life!
- Ceremony direction the day of your wedding, which includes timing the music, pacing out entrances, and giving you the perfect cue to walk down the aisle.
- A custom-made, highly detailed timeline for your wedding day. We will create your timeline, distribute it to your vendors and wedding party, and make it all happen.

Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life, so of course, you want it to be beautiful. What you don’t want is to be setting up your decor the morning of your wedding when you’re supposed to be getting ready.
You also don’t want your friends and family staying up late into the night, tearing down all the decorations at the end of the night.
Our Set Up & Decor Only package is for couples who have meticulously planned the logistics of their wedding but just need a little support to enhance their celebration when it comes to set up and breakdown. Whether you're envisioning an intimate gathering or a grand affair, we're here to bring your vision to life.
The olive package: set up and decor only
- A no-pressure consultation before you book your package so you can tell us about your wedding day and hear how The Evergreen Collective can serve you best.
- Unlimited email communication starting 60 days before your wedding day.
- 1 private consultation (in addition to your initial free, no-pressure consultation) to take place in person or via video call so we can get all your decor details organized.
- Set up and break down of your decor so everything is perfectly designed the day of your wedding, and so that none of your family or guests have to stress about doing so.

We offer add-ons and plenty of other event-planning services so you can truly achieve the wedding you’ve been imagining.
Essentially, every package is customizable.
We can add in seating plan assistance, accompanying you to vendor meetings, extra design assistance, extra set-up assistance, full design & set up for your day, table and chair set up, rentals, and so much more!
