I love seeing couples come together & celebrate their love with their family & friends, & I love seeing couples unique stories unfold as they prepare to spend their lives together.

I love that every day I go to work, I have the privilege of being a part of one of the most important days of someone’s life. The most satisfying part of my job is getting to witness the love and absolute joy on our couples’ & their favorite people’s faces & get to celebrate that love with them. I am grateful that Evergreen Co. gives me the opportunity to help create authentic moments for any & every kind of couple. When I’m not helping create magical wedding days, you can find me supporting my husband in his theatre shows, spending time at home with our two cats, or playing Dungeons & Dragons with my husband & our friends.

Outside of weddings, my favorite pastimes include, teaching dance, drinking fabulous coffee, watching FRIENDS, & hanging out with my wonderful husband and mini Australian shepherd, Chandler. My name is Melissa & I am SO excited to be a part of EC. I’ve had the privilege of being in the wedding world for eight years now. I love seeing each couples’ unique plans come to life & celebrate their special day like no other! The relationship you develop as a planner with a couple & their sweet families is such a privilege I cherish. I STILL get butterflies every time I send our sweet couples down the aisle. Fun facts: I was born & raised in New Mexico, & transplanted to VA to pursue wedding coordinating. I love all things French Bulldog & try to be the best mom dog I can be to my Frenchie Nora. I’ve watched Gilmore girls more times than I would like to admit #teamcoffee . I love to read, so when I’m not at work or adventuring with my two amazing daughters you’ll probably find me in a coffee shop, buried in a book .

Hi there! I’m Robin. I am a fan of all things organization & planning, which is why I thought the wedding industry would be fun! But I am an even bigger fan of seeing our couple’s truly enjoy their wedding day! Seeing all the details pull together, them spending time with each other & their loves ones, & dancing the night away will always be my favorite! Outside of weddings, I enjoy hanging out with my hubs & baby girl, watching Parks & Rec, making a new healthy-ish recipe, teaching dance, listening to Judah & the Lion, & snuggling with my 2 cats.

From the start of this company and from every moment then, it has been one of my greatest joys working with my clients to bring life to their vision. My other joys include visiting locally owned coffee shops, rewatching my favorite shows such as Parks & Rec and the Office, listening to Taylor Swift, & most of all spending time with my family including my husband, our 2 cats (Eowyn and Alaska) and our 2 dogs (our golden retriever August and our corgi Poppy.  I am so glad you are here <3.

I have always had a love of organizing activities from little hangouts with friends to parties & events. A passion of mine has always been to help others in any way I can. I am so excited that I have the opportunity to put my passion into a job that I have always dreamt of. Having the opportunity to be part of a couple's special day & put their dreams into reality is so so special to me. Some fun things to know about me is that I have traveled to 20 state & 5 countries, I love playing & watching sports, I enjoy hanging out with my friends & family, & I am currently in school at Liberty University.
